ABOUT US

Woodland Wonders is a wildlife rehabilitation and education center serving Polk County. We provide care and treatment for injured, ill, and orphaned wildlife. Our focus is on the rehabilitation of wild animals for their successful release back to their natural habitat. For those that cannot be released, we offer a safe refuge for them to call home. We focus highly on education and promoting coexistence, respect, understanding and preservation of the wildlife around us.

We are licensed by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission to rehabilitate wildlife. We endorse the professional standards of the Florida Rehabilitator’s Association, National Wildlife Rehabilitator’s Associations, and the International Wildlife Council.
